  • Improve communication and understanding in collaborative problem solving.
  • Discover the benefits of being part of a community of practice through collaborative problem solving.
  • Bolster networks and strengthen opportunity for growth and collaboration in the medtech manufacturing ecosystem.

Who Should Attend?

Ideally, each organisation will send two colleagues. Participants should be middle-upper managers in medtech manufacturing and related industries who are interested in a demonstration of the benefits of continuous improvement.
