How to use the library

Browse library entries


To browse library entries:
 

1. Log in to your Wilam account at www.wilam.com.

2. Click on the Browse dropdown menu and select Library Entries.

3. Choose your preferred option from the Sort By dropdown menu.

4. If you wish to search a specific community library, click on the Communities dropdown and select My Communities.

5. Click on the Libraries tab of a given community and choose your preferred option from the Sort By dropdown menu.

Please note that you can only view a library file from a community that you have joined.

Add a file to a Wilam library

To add a file to a Wilam library:

1. Log in to your Wilam account at www.wilam.com.

2. Click on the Create dropdown menu and select Library Entry.

3. Select the community library, where you want to publish the file, from the Select Library dropdown menu.

4. Complete all fields and click Next.

5. Follow the prompts and click Finish.

6. Click the three dots next to the file, select Copy Permalink and paste this link to your Discussion Thread.

 

Please note that you can only add a library file to a community that you have joined.

Acquire a library folder

If you require a library folder for newsletters or other specific purposes, please contact the community administrator or for public communities, email the Wilam team
