Urmi Quality Management Consulting is providing coaching and mentoring to life science and pharmaceutical professionals, focussed on understanding & practical implementation of quality systems and their integration into business operations.The coaching program aims to support individuals and equip them with the knowledge and tools required to work successfully in this regulated industry. This program goes beyond teaching the theory and regulations around Quality Management Systems and is customised based on the individual's understanding/knowledge and day to day challenges in quality, compliance, regulations, cross-functional processes etc.We strongly believe that in current workforce & skill shortage environment, traditional training methods will need to be supplemented with more personal learning experiences.
